The shower could have used a bit more water pressure, which affected my overall enjoyment.

The bistro closed too early for those needing a quick late meal, limiting options after a tiring day.

We enjoyed our two-night stay, but the room needed some upgrades. The furniture looked worn, and the shower pressure was disappointing. However, the heated pool was a highlight for our family! I recommend checking for clean bath mats for a safer shower experience.

This place suits me perfectly, offering good wi-fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember during my first stay, the staff helped me with an insect bite. Highly recommend it for a holiday!

The bathtub is dangerous!!! Install rubber mats to prevent slips!!! It would also help to add microwaves in rooms for late-night snacks instead of trekking downstairs!!!

staying at courtyards was a delight. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. our king room with sofa bed was super comfortable and perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby cleveland. the indoor pool was an awesome addition to our stay!
